Challenge


Pop CoLab wanted to shift the perception that play has little value in professional settings. 

The challenge was to show HR leaders that strategic play builds trust, communication, and creativity within teams. 

Approach


Our team developed an integrated marketing campaign around the idea “Serious Results, Playful Approach,” reframing play as a strategic tool for workplace collaboration. My role focused on creating an organic LinkedIn series exploring vulnerability at work, strategic play, and play personalities. 

Outcome


The campaign showed how integrated channels reposition play as a meaningful workplace strategy. After pitching our campaign, the client asked if they could use our tagline for real-world use.
